Accuracy is fundamental to the trust our users place in suuperstitch. We take every reasonable step to ensure that the information on our platform is correct, current, and useful.

However, we acknowledge that errors can occur, in product information sourced from brands, in AI-generated metadata, in editorial content, or in any other part of the platform. When mistakes happen, we are committed to correcting them quickly and transparently.

Types of Corrections

Product Information Errors

Product details (prices, descriptions, images, sizes, availability) are sourced from third-party brands and may become outdated or inaccurate. When we become aware of incorrect product information, we update or remove it as quickly as possible.

AI-Generated Content Errors

AI-generated metadata (tags, attributes, summaries) may occasionally be inaccurate despite human editorial review. When identified, these errors are corrected and the AI pipeline is improved to prevent recurrence.

Editorial Content Errors

If our editorial content contains factual errors, misleading information, or significant omissions, we will correct the content and note the correction where appropriate.

Legal and Policy Updates

When our legal or policy pages are updated, we revise the "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we may also notify registered users.

How to Report an Error

If you notice incorrect information on suuperstitch, please let us know:

When reporting, it helps to include:

• The page URL where you found the error
• A description of what is incorrect
• The correct information (if you know it)

Our Response

We aim to review reported errors within 2 business days. Corrections will be made as quickly as possible, depending on the nature and severity of the error.

• Critical errors (incorrect pricing, wrong product links, safety concerns): addressed within 24 hours
• Standard errors (inaccurate descriptions, wrong attributes, outdated information): addressed within 5 business days
• Minor errors (typos, formatting issues, minor inaccuracies): addressed in the next regular content review cycle

Accountability

We appreciate users who help us maintain accuracy. Your reports make suuperstitch better for everyone. We will not penalise or disadvantage any user for reporting errors in good faith.
