Our Approach
suuperstitch uses a hybrid ranking approach that prioritises human editorial curation. Products are not ranked solely by popularity, payments, or automated AI scoring.
Our editorial team carefully evaluates and orders products based on multiple quality signals. The goal is to surface the best fashion, not the products that pay the most.
Factors That Influence Ranking
Within curated collections and browse pages, product ordering may consider the following factors:
Editorial Curation
- Design quality and aesthetics: How well-designed and visually appealing is the product?
- Craftsmanship and uniqueness: Does it demonstrate quality construction and originality?
- Brand reputation: Is the brand reliable and well-regarded?
- Relevance: How well does the product fit within a specific collection or category?
- Value: Does it offer good value for its quality and positioning?
Freshness and Discovery
- Recency: Newer products may be prioritised to keep the experience fresh
- Seasonal trends: Products relevant to the current season or occasion may be surfaced
- Availability: In-stock products may be prioritised over out-of-stock items
AI-Assisted Signals
- Category relevance: AI helps match products to relevant categories and search queries
- Personalised recommendations:If you're signed in, similar products and suggestions may be influenced by your browsing history and wishlist
- Metadata quality: AI-enriched product attributes help improve search and filter accuracy
What Does Not Influence Organic Ranking
To be equally clear about what does not affect our organic curation ranking:
- Organic position bidding: Brands cannot pay to alter their position within our organic editorial ranks.
- Affiliate commission rates: Higher commissions do not result in higher organic rankings.
- Sponsored placements influence: Buying a sponsored placement does not improve or affect a brand's organic score or editorial standing.
Sponsored Content & Paid Placements
We are open to partnerships and will introduce sponsored placements in the near future. These paid opportunities will allow brands to increase their visibility on suuperstitch:
- Sponsored Products: Brands can pay to feature their products at the top of category lists, product grids, or search results. These items will be pinned to the top for visibility.
- Sponsored Sections & Banners: We will offer dedicated promotional zones, banner slots, and featured brand spotlights.
- Clear Labeling:All paid features will be clearly identified (e.g. "Promoted", "Sponsored", or "Ad") so you can easily distinguish them from organic curation.
- Strict Separation: Paid features will be professionally integrated into our clean UI without spam or pop-ups, keeping our organic rankings entirely independent.

Role of AI
AI assists with product discovery, enriching metadata, improving search relevance, and powering recommendations. However, AI does not independently determine our editorial rankings or featured selections. Human editorial judgement is the final authority.
