Before You Report

Please consider whether the use of the content may qualify as fair use, fair dealing, or is otherwise permitted under applicable law. If you are unsure, we recommend consulting legal counsel before submitting a takedown request.

How to Submit a Copyright Takedown Request

To report a copyright issue, send an email to:

• Subject line: Copyright Takedown Notice

Your notice must include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work: describe the work you believe has been infringed, or provide a URL to the original work.
2. Identification of the infringing content: provide the specific URL(s) on suuperstitch where the allegedly infringing content appears.
3. Your contact information: full name, email address, and (optionally) phone number.
4. Good faith statement: a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the content is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement: a statement, under penalty of perjury (where applicable), that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your signature: a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised representative.

What Happens After You Report

1. We will review your notice within 2 business days
2. If the notice is valid and complete, we will remove or disable access to the content promptly
3. If the notice is incomplete, we may contact you for additional information
4. We may notify the party whose content was removed, who may submit a counter-notification
